Since then I've literally cleaned thousands of carpets & items of upholstery in a variety of commercial and residential environments across Hertfordshire & North London. This experience has enabled me to get the very best cleaning results for my customers...

The 6-Stage Cleaning Process
After 18 years industry experience, this comprehensive six- stage clean is the ultimate in gold standard for producing exception cleaning results combined with future protection. Our Cleaning process will remove 99.9 % of the following contaminants from your carpet:

1. Pre-Spray:
A targeted pre-spray solution is first applied to help break down dirt, oils, and greases trapped deep within the carpet fibers.
2. Multi-Directional Scrubbing Machine
This solution is then worked into the pile using a multi-directional, high-powered brush machine, which also helps restore and reset the carpet’s natural pile.
3. Stain Removal:
Any stains or marks are individually treated with stain removers. It’s important to note that not all stains can be guaranteed to be removed, depending on their nature, age and carpet type.
4. Steam / Hot Water Extraction
Our hot water extraction unit jets boiling water with cleaning solutions into the carpet at pressure and then immediately extracts them out with all dirt and contaminants into a waste tank. Our extraction units are 600 psi, twin vacuums with inline heaters creating immediate boiling water. This method of cleaning is recommended by all carpet manufacturers as the most effective way of deep cleaning a carpet.
5. Deodoriser & Sanitiser:
A fresh-smelling deodoriser is applied to leave your carpets smelling clean and feeling refreshed.
6. Scotch-Guard Carpet Protector
The final phase involves application of ScotchGuard carpet protector. This will provide your newly cleaned carpet with future protection against soiling and staining.
