Our 5-Stage Process
**1. Pre-Spray:**
The cleaning begins with spraying a specially formulated solution that penetrates deep into the carpet to loosen dirt, oils, and greases.
**2. Agitation:**
A high-powered, multi-directional brush then works the solution into the pile to lift debris and restore the carpet’s appearance.
**3. Stain Removal:**
Stains and marks are individually treated with targeted removers. Keep in mind that some stains may be resistant to removal depending on their nature and duration.
**4. Steam Extraction:**
Heated water and cleaning solutions are injected into the carpet at high pressure, then immediately extracted to remove dirt and contaminants.
**5. Deodoriser & Sanitiser:**
A deodorising spray is applied at the end to leave your carpets smelling fresh and feeling hygienic.
